Founded by former Meta interface designers Mina Fahmi and Kirak Hong, the ring aims to enhance productivity by allowing users to capture voice notes effortlessly.
The device is described as "a mouse for voice" and features both a microphone and a touchpad, enabling users to record thoughts by simply pressing and holding the pad. Unlike traditional journaling apps that can hinder spontaneous thought capture, Stream provides a more intuitive solution, fostering a natural flow of ideas.

Preorders for the Stream ring will open this Wednesday, priced at $249 for the silver model and $299 for gold. A Pro subscription service will also be available, offering unlimited interactions with the AI assistant after an introductory three-month free trial.
