All payments must be made in advance, either within 30 days of invoice issuance or prior to the event’s commencement, depending on which comes first.

General Terms and Conditions
Health and Safety Guidelines
The Company is responsible for implementing a COVID-19 prevention plan that adheres to established safety protocols for the event. This includes ensuring that no Company Event Attendee—be it an employee, agent, or guest—has exhibited any signs of COVID-19 within the two weeks leading up to the event. Specifically, this means that attendees must not have:
- Had a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19
- Displayed symptoms associated with COVID-19, such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath
- Been in close proximity to an individual confirmed to have COVID-19 or any related symptoms
Furthermore, the Company is tasked with conducting adequate COVID-19 testing as mandated by local laws and best practices, ensuring the safety of all attendees during travel to and from the event, as well as managing any necessary quarantining.
Compliance with Union Regulations
The Company must also comply with all applicable union regulations and electrical codes relevant to the venue hosting the event.
This structured approach guarantees clarity and compliance while safeguarding the health and safety of all participants.
