Resolve AI, a technology startup specializing in autonomous site reliability engineering (SRE), has achieved a significant milestone by raising a Series A funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, reaching a headline valuation of $1 billion. However, insiders indicate that the company’s actual blended valuation is lower due to a multi-tranched financing structure, where investors purchased a portion of equity at the $1 billion valuation while acquiring the remaining shares at a reduced price. This investment model has gained traction among top AI startups recently.
