Dr. Benjamin Carle, who has led FullStack as CEO since 2024, will remain involved with the company, continuing his crucial role in overseeing innovation initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in technology consulting and digital transformation, Tomchenko comes to FullStack from Hexaware Technologies, where he served as Chief Revenue and Solutions Officer. His tenure there was marked by significant growth through product engineering and AI-enhanced enterprise modernization.
Before Hexaware, Tomchenko spent 18 years at EPAM Systems, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the company’s global business and private equity technology practice, notably expanding their Silicon Valley presence. Additionally, he co-founded Platform Good, a social-impact startup recognized as a TechCrunch Disrupt Top Pick in 2020 for its innovative fundraising approach.
Tomchenko holds a Master of Science and Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Belarusian State University, along with certifications from Y Combinator Startup School and expertise in Generative AI. He was named in Marquis Who’s Who in 2024 for his distinguished achievements in technology and business development.
